The Road to Employment starts here.
1. Schedule An Assessment
A job coach trained and experienced in helping adults with autism and intellectual disabilities visits you in your home for an interview and vocational assessment to determine your interests, skills and support needs. After the assessment, the job coach develops an employment plan customized to your needs.
2. Follow the Roadmap
We'll coach and guide you with a hands-on approach through our proven, 5-step Roadmap to Competitive Employment.
3. SUCCEED in your New Job
Congratulations! Together, we've found a job that works for you. Now, we complete the Roadmap with on-the-job coaching and training, so you're set for success!
Our desire is to provide adults with autism or intellectual disabilities with the support and services they need to be successful in jobs, thus creating neurodiversity in as many workplaces as possible.
